## 注意事項

**相變導熱材料剛使用的 7 天內可能溫度偏高，經過數天的高溫/低溫循環之後（所謂的磨合），溫度會逐漸降低，達到最佳效果。**

**1. 若有液態金屬，請一定要小心清理，弄到元件或 PCB 上可能導致損壞。**\
**2. 使用之前，一定要仔細清潔表面，不可以有任何東西才留，否則會影響導熱效果。**\
**3. 螺絲要對角線鬆開，也要對角線鎖緊，避免壓力不平均。**

## 對於 PTM7xxx SP 相變導熱膏

跟一般導熱膏使用方法相同。

不嫌麻煩的話可以塗好之後放 10\~15 小時乾燥後再裝散熱器，需要注意不要被灰塵汙染，這麼做可以降低 Pump-out 造成導熱效果變差的風險。
